Role Description
Due to expanding the team we are looking for someone on a full-time basis for an on-site role for a Private Client Solicitor at Wilford Smith located in Sheffield.
The Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for handling complex legal matters related to family law, estate planning, and conveyancing.
The day-to-day tasks of the role involve providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research and will include:
Wills and succession Planning
Inheritance Tax and business succession planning
Obtaining Grants of Probate and administration of Estates
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Deputyships and other court of protection work
Trust administration
Qualifications
Experience in Private Client Law, including family law and estate planning
A good working knowledge of all aspects of Private Client Work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-motivation and reliability
Car and driving Licence for visits
